The email you are trying to register is already in the system
If you are getting an “already registered” message when trying to sign up it means the email address you are trying to use is already registered in our system. If you have tried to log in using that email address but are unable to, it is possible that you are entering your password incorrectly.
If that’s the case then choose the option “Forgot Password?” You will then be required to enter the email address in question so we can send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
