The trick to removing sections from the middle of a video is:
1. Duplicate the video in question and position the duplicate right next to the original one.
2. Cut the half-sections from each part according to what you want to remove from the middle.
3. Use the -Cut- transition effect between both parts, which makes it look like a quick cut.
